郭中杰,电子科技大学副教授,硕士生导师;2023年6月毕业于清华大学电机系,获电气工程博士学位;长期从事不确定性优化决策理论、电力系统规划与调控、大规模储能技术、电力系统人工智能等领域研究;入选青海省“昆仑英才·高端创新创业人才”计划(原青海省****,柔性引进)、国家资助博士后研究人员计划,主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目、新型电力系统运行与控制全国重点实验室开放课题;在高水平期刊及国际会议上发表SCI/EI论文30余篇,担任IET RPG Associate editor、PCMP青年助理编辑、以及多个电气工程领域国际高水平期刊审稿人。
