|
副研究员,硕士生导师,浙江省“科技副总”。2020年博士毕业于电子科技大学。2023年加入电子科技大学长三角研究院(湖州),并担任中电科技德清华莹电子有限公司“科技副总”。主要从事射频声学器件关键技术的研发及产业化推进,研究方向包括5G/6G RF MEMS谐振器、声学滤波器、新型MEMS传感器和振荡器等。
