马圣运,博士毕业于德国美因茨大学(Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz),后相继在美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校(University of California, San Diego)做博士后和助理项目科学家、美国拉霍亚免疫研究所做讲师。2023入选电子科技大学百人计划青年项目。2024年初加入医学院,任特聘研究员,博士生导师。

|
免疫系统是一把强大的双刃剑。一方面,它武装起来对抗各种入侵的外来病原体。另一方面,如果不加以控制,它还会攻击生物体自身的组织,引起炎症和自身免疫性疾病,如多发性硬化症、炎性肠病和银屑病等。借助于免疫学、分子生物学和表观遗传性方面的专业知识,我们将利用独特的遗传和基因组工具来揭示免疫背后的新分子机制,为研发治疗相关疾病提供新的策略或者靶点。
