肖钰,电子科技大学材料与能源学院“校百人”特聘研究员,先后入选国家博新计划、四川省峨眉计划、成都市蓉漂计划等。主要从事热电能源转换技术研究,旨在通过解决宽温域高效热电能源转换材料制备、性能调控与器件设计面临的关键科学和技术问题,实现高性能热电温差发电与近室温制冷,推动热电能源转换技术在智能穿戴电子设备自供能、5G芯片制冷、集成电路热管理等领域的应用。承担和参加了国家自然科学基金、科技部重点研发计划、博士后基金等多项。在Science, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Energy & Environmental Science等期刊发表论文60余篇,出版专著1部。
