杨业明,医学博士,电子科技大学副教授,硕士生导师,四川省人民医院双聘副研究员,香港大学客座副教授,美国杜克大学访问学者,本科护理专业核心课程《组织学与胚胎学》课程负责人。现担任中国研究型医院学会神经再生与修复专委会委员,美国眼科学与视觉科学学会(ARVO)会员,Medcom-Future Med和NRR杂志青年编委,担任STTT、IOVS、NRR等多个学术期刊的审稿人。协助团队指导研究生获得国家奖学金3次,发表SCI论文5篇,1名硕士研究生获得电子科技大学优秀毕业论文。

科学研究
长期从事遗传性视网膜疾病相关研究,主要利用基因敲除小鼠模型进行致病机制探究,并针对其中关键性靶点开发基因治疗策略。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、四川省科技厅重点研发项目、中央高校基本科研经费项目等。在Journal of Clinical Investigation,Molecular therapy, Cell Death & Differentiation, BMC biology 等杂志发表SCI论文40余篇,SCI他引1000余次,其中以第一/通讯作者(含并列)发表SCI论文20余篇(中科院1区论文8篇,封面文章2篇,ESI高被引论文1篇),并获得四川省医学会年度优秀论文奖(2021)、青年优秀论文奖(2023),视觉中国鼎佳论文等奖项。相关研究成果受邀在美国视觉科学(ARVO)国际会议(美国盐湖城)、国际医学遗传学会议(首尔)、全国眼科学术大会、全国纤毛和纤毛病会议等作会场报告。以骨干成员(排名前三)授权国家发明专利10余项,其中第一发明人专利3项。

主要利用基因敲除小鼠模型和分子细胞生物学手段进行视网膜疾病致病机制研究,针对其中关键性靶点开发基因治疗策略。近三年主持科研项目:
