杨业明,医学博士,电子科技大学副教授,硕士生导师,本科护理专业核心课程《组织学与胚胎学》课程负责人,研究生课程《分子生物学与生物化学》主讲人。主要从事视网膜疾病致病机制和基因敲除小鼠模型功能研究。作为项目负责人主持国家/省部级项目3项,包括国家自然科学基金青年项目,四川省科技厅重点研发项目,中国博士后面上项目。主研国自然面上、四川省创新群体等项目6项。先后在国际著名专业刊物(包括Journal of Clinical Investigation,Molecular therapy, Cell Death & Differentiation, BMC biology 等)发表SCI论文40余篇,SCI他引430余次,其中以第一/通讯作者(含并列)发表SCI论文13篇(中科院1区论文4篇,IF>10论文2篇,封面文章2篇),并获得四川省医学会年度优秀论文奖(2021)、青年优秀论文奖(2023)等奖励。相关研究成果受邀在国际医学遗传学会议(2018 IJCGM,首尔)、全国眼科学术大会(2022)、全国纤毛和纤毛病会议(2023)等作会场报告。以骨干成员(排名前三)申报国家发明专利10余项,已获得9项,其中第一发明人专利3项。现担任中国研究型医院学会神经再生与修复专委会委员,美国眼科学与视觉科学学会(ARVO)会员,Biomed Res Int 等多个学术期刊的审稿人。协助团队指导研究生4名,指导研究生获得国家奖学金3次,发表学术论文5篇,1名硕士研究生获得电子科技大学优秀毕业论文。欢迎有对视网膜疾病和基因治疗开发感兴趣的有志青年推免、报考,加入团队!

主要利用基因敲除小鼠模型和分子细胞生物学手段进行视网膜疾病致病机制研究,针对其中关键性靶点开发基因治疗策略。近三年主持科研项目:
