李代天博士，电子科技大学经济与管理学院副教授，硕士研究生导师，牛津大学访问学者，兼任四川省科技成果转化研究会数据与人工智能专业委员会秘书长、中国科学学与科技政策研究会前沿科技与产业创新治理专业委员会副秘书长、ICC副主编、四川省海外高层次留学人才，长期从事创新管理领域教学科研工作，在管理世界、Journal of International Business Studies、Research Policy等顶级/重要刊物发表多篇论文，出版专著一部。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、省部级项目3项；主持学院研究生教研教改重点项目：“‘科创MBA’培养方案设计和实施”。指导学生参加第二届中国研究生企业管理创新大赛获全国二等奖。
