刘春，教授，博士，博导，校百人计划入选者。近年来一直从事信息政策的教学科研工作，主要研究方向为：信息管理与政策，农村信息化，数字鸿沟。主持国家社科基金2项，省部级项目10余项，国际合作项目2项，作为主要参与人参加教育部创新团队项目1项，国家自然科学基金重大项目2项。以第一作者发表学术论文20余篇，均为国际权威期刊，多次在国际会议上发言演讲。
