科研项目:   We study biology from molecular to cellular scales to bridge between microscopic and macroscopic phenomena using a variety of computational methods. We create state-of-the-art computational models of lipids, DNA, RNA and proteins to study their structures and dynamics. 1) Building the computational models of the complicated structure of the cell wall; 2) Simulating the electrospray ionization (ESI) process of membrane protein systems; 3) The structure-dynamics-function relationships of the DNA replication and DNA-RNA transcription processes.
