刘富才,电子科技大学教授。分别于2007年和2012在南开大学获得本科和博士学位,随后在日本东北大学和新加坡南洋理工大学从事博士后研究工作。入选国家海外高层次青年人才计划、四川省学术与技术带头人。聚焦新型低维半导体材料与新原理器件研究,在国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、四川省科技计划等基金支持下,在二维铁电新物理和类脑器件方向做出系列原创性成果。荣获饶毓泰基础光学奖优秀奖、川渝科技学术优秀论文特等奖、2DM青年科学家奖、入选Chip 2024年中国芯片十大进展提名奖、中国电子教育学会优博指导教师奖、电子科技大学优秀博士论文指导教师、电子科技大学优秀研究生导师(每年仅十名)等荣誉。以第一/通讯作者(含共同)在Science,Science Advances, Nature Communications (7篇)、Advanced Materials(11篇)等期刊发表高水平论文,研究成果被Nature Review Materials、Physics World等亮点报道。
