■ 主要研究方向为半导体物理及半导体光电化学、薄膜及纳米材料合成(PVD、CVD、ALD)、太阳能光电催化制氢、光伏太阳电池、光电探测等。
■ 以第一/通讯作者在Nature Catalysis、Nature Communications(5篇)、Angewandte Chemie、Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、Energy & Environmental Science、Nano Letters(2篇)、ACS Energy Letters(2篇)、ACS Catalysis(3篇)等期刊上发表学术论文,论文总引用超过7000次,H-index 33。受邀担任Nature Communications、Science Advances、Joule、JACS、Angewandte Chemie、Advanced Materials等期刊审稿人,并担任Nanoscale Research Letters、电子科技学刊(JEST)副主编。
■ 与日本东京大学、德国慕尼黑工业大学(TU Munich)、美国劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室(LBNL)、加州大学伯克利分校(UC Berkeley) 的众多顶尖科学家保持着密切合作关系。实验室成员有机会前往上述国际一流的研究机构从事合作研究或进一步深造。
