周泽波,1982年生,博士生导师,2004年和2006年分别获武汉大学学士和硕士学位,2009年获同济大学博士学位,同年进入电子科技大学航空航天学院参加工作。现任全国交通工程测量学术研究会理事,北斗开放实验室专家成员。2009年和2014年两次以国家公派访问学者身份于澳大利亚新南威尔士大学卫星导航与定位实验室(SNAP)从事科学研究工作。长期从事卫星导航、卫星导航与惯性组合导航、多传感器数据融合、飞行器姿态测量与控制、视觉导航等技术方面的教学与科研工作。在导航随机模型与状态估计、姿态测量研究方面取得一系列高水平研究成果。曾主持及主要参与国家自然基金、国家863计划项目、国家重点实验室基金、四川省科技厅成果转化项目等科研项目20余项。曾获中国测绘科技进步奖一等奖1项,国家授权发明专利1项,以第一作者与通信作者在高水平国际导航定位类学术期刊GPS solutions, Remote sensing, IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic systems, IEEE Transactions on Automation Science Engineering等发表SCI/EI检索学术论文近30余篇(其中1篇为ESI高被引论文)。担任了Asian Journal of Control, International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks期刊客座编辑,也是IEEE TRANS, IET, ASCE, ELSEVIER等旗下多个学术期刊的审稿专家,曾获航空领域高水平期刊AST的杰出审稿专家荣誉。曾在美国导航年会ION GNSS、室内定位导航会议IPIN以及中国卫星导航年会CSNC上进行过多次学术报告,并曾获CSNC青年优秀论文奖和年会优秀论文奖。
