研究介绍网站:http://www.me.uestc.edu.cn/teacher/teacherMain?id=81 2013年2月到电子科大开展工作,2015年获国家自然科学基金委优秀青年基金。主要研究领域为集成光学材料与器件,致力于研究光与材料的相互作用机理,发展新型功能光学材料,器件和系统的片上集成技术,并实现其在光通信/光互连,化学生物传感,及柔性系统中的应用。目前的研究方向包括 1.磁性氧化物薄膜材料及集成磁光子器件 2.相变材料及捷变集成光控器件 3.柔性功能光学材料和器件。近年来,实现了首个硅上单片集成的磁光隔离器制备,发展了高优值磁光氧化物等离子光学化学生物传感器,实现了相变光控VO2薄膜材料及器件集成。建立了国际一流的实验平台,发展了与MIT, UCLA, UT Austin, Colorado State U, 加拿大INRS等院校,研究所的密切合作。近年来,在Nature Photonics, Nano Letters, Opt. Express, Physics Review B, Appl. Phys. Lett. 等期刊和国际会议上上发表70余篇论文,SCI他引400余次,11次获邀在国际会议上发表邀请报告,4次担任国际会议分会主席,担任Appl. Phys. Lett., Opt.
