2007年08月在美国Louisiana Tech University获博士学位,专业方向为微/纳米技术及微/纳米电子学,2008年10月至今在电子科技大学机械与电气工程学院工作,主要研究方向是小尺度软体机器人、微细加工、集成电路芯片封装、微/纳机电系统、微/纳米技术。

目前从事的研究领域包括:(1)小尺度软体机器人(设计、制造、测试、机理);(2)微/纳机电系统智能元器件(设计、制造、测试、机理);(3)集成电路芯片封装;(4)微/纳米技术(微/纳米结构的设计、制造、表征、成型机理)。 各项具体工作涉及实验、理论分析、建模、有限元仿真和人工智能技术,研究内容包括微尺度智能材料和智能微系统的力学、磁、光学等性能。
