|
主要从事高功率微波(HPM)电磁环境效应、防护及高功率器件研究工作,主持国家863计划项目、JKW创新特区项目、国家自然科学基金、高功率微波技术重点实验室基金、ZF预研项目等十余项,横向课题十余项;发表SCI/EI论文20余篇,授权国家发明专利6项;2007年获军队科技进步二等奖、三等奖;2007-2011任863-803高功率微波效应技术组成员;GJB9896-2020、GJB 9257-2017、GJB8385-2015等3项高功率微波效应试验规范国军标编写组成员。提出了一种基于旋磁非线性损耗效应的新型HPM限幅防护技术;突破固态防护器件低插损、高功率容量兼容设计技术,为某弹载平台高频头提供HPM加固方案,并交付防护工程样机;突破典型电子系统HPM防护评估与指标分配技术,应用于某军用一体计算机加固样机以及某弹载抗HPM红外成像装置。
