2007年毕业于中国科学院遥感应用研究所，获地图学与地理信息系统博士学位，同年到电子科技大学从事科研与教学工作。

| 个人简介：
|
|
担任自然资源部西南国土空间生态保护修复与综合整治工程技术创新中心副主任，International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering期刊编委，中国农业工程学会大数据专业委员会副主任委员，入选IEEE Senior Member。长期从事定量遥感和激光雷达遥感等方面研究工作，主持了国家自然科学基金项目4项，参加了国家973、国家重点研发计划课题各1项，发表学术论文100余篇，第一发明人获授权国家发明专利15项，参编学术专著2部，获地理信息科技进步奖二等奖3项。

参加科研项目：高分辨率对地观测系统国家科技重大专项产业化示范项目“四川省国土整治与生态修复遥感大数据平台及产业化示范（校内主持，2022-2024）”，国家重点研发计划课题“药肥精准施用跨境跨区域大数据平台（2018-2020）”，863子课题“大型滑坡体遥感监测与预警（2012-2014）”，973子课题“基于地表参数知识库的遥感综合定量反演（2007-2011）”。
