2005年、2007年分别获电子科技大学无线电物理专业硕士学位和电磁场与微波技术专业博士学位。2007年6月留校工作,2008年破格晋升为副教授,2010年被评为博士生导师,2013年晋升为教授。2007年-2008年在Montana Tech of the University of Montana (美国蒙大拿大学技术学院)从事微波毫米波电路和微波遥感技术博士后研究工作。2008年-2010年,在City University of Hong Kong (香港城市大学)毫米波国家重点实验室担任Research Fellow (研究员),2012年11月,香港城市大学(CityU)毫米波国家重点实验室,高级访问学者。主要从事微波毫米波电路和THz技术研究工作。2011年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”,2015年担任四川省学术和技术带头人, 2020年至2024年连续5年入选中国高被引学者,2024年获Wiley威立中国高贡献作者奖。

电子科技大学教授,博士生导师,湖南省沅陵县人, 入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”,四川省学术和技术带头人, 2020年至2024年连续5年入选中国高被引学者,2024年Wiley威立中国高贡献作者奖,四川省科技创新人才,成都市高层次人才,ZZ竞争性装备采购技术专家,国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家,教育部科技评价与评审专家,教育部学位中心评审专家,四川省科技项目评审专家等。
目前主要研究领域为:高功率固态微波毫米波技术,微波毫米波/THz功率合成技术,人工智能微波电路自动设计技术,微波毫米波/THz电路与系统等。
在包括IEEE Trans. on MTT(微波顶级期刊)、IEEE Trans. on IE(工业电子顶级期刊)、IEEE Trans. on CAS-I (电路与系统顶级期刊)、IEEE Trans. on TST(太赫兹顶级期刊)、IEEE Trans. on VT (汽车技术顶级期刊)、IEEE Trans. on GRS(微波遥感顶级期刊)、IEEE Trans. on CAS-II等国际权威专业学术期刊发表论文近300篇(第一和通讯作者论文220多篇,含IEEE/IET论文100多篇),其中第一作者ESI高引论文2篇,JCR一区论文17篇(最高影响因子8.5),IEEE Transactions期刊论文27篇,IEEE期刊论文近60篇(第一和通讯作者50篇);二区以上论文80多篇,200多篇被SCI检索。论文引用4千多次,最高单篇引用超过200次,其中SCI它引3千多次。出版英文学术著作1部,申请专利80多项(含美国发明专利4项),获授权发明专利50多项(其中4项为美国发明专利),获国家自然科学基金委“NSAF基金优秀奖”。担任IEEE Trans. on MTT、IEEE Trans. on IE、IEEE Trans. on PE、IEEE Trans. on CS等20多种国际学术期刊审稿专家及多种国际期刊编委。
