学术经历:   1987年毕业于四川大学化学系有机化学专业,获理学学士学位。1990年毕业于四川大学生物系生物化学专业,获理学硕士学位,同年留校任教,1995年晋升为副教授;2003年在香港大学动物系获理学博士学位;2003年至2004年在加拿大约克大学生物系完成博士后工作;2005年至今,在电子科技大学生命科学与技术学院工作,教授,博士生导师。

个人简介:   入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划和四川省学术和技术带头人。2010年至今担任中国生物化学与分子生物学学会理事,2005年至今担任四川省生物化学与分子生物学学会理事。长期受邀担任Gen Comp Endocrinol, Fish Shellfish Immunol,Vet Immunol Immunopathol,European Journal of Histochemistry和Fish Physiol Biochem等期刊审稿人。在国内外学术刊物上发表论文70余篇,包括Endocrinology,Dev Comp Immunol,Mol Immunol,Gen Comp Endocrinol, Fish Shellfish Immunol和PLoS One等期刊。学术兴趣主要是围绕鱼类生长和免疫调节活动,阐明相关激素和细胞因子的合成、分泌和作用机制, 代表性工作包括:① 鉴定多种参与硬骨鱼免疫调节的细胞因子的分子结构、表达特征和功能地位,阐明参与的激酶受体、细胞信号通路和转录因子,着重揭示细胞因子相互作用的分子机制和生理意义。特别地,在硬骨鱼中发现细胞因子TGF-β1的双向免疫调节作用,表现在细胞活性、效应分子和淋巴细胞标志分子等不同层面,并通过下调其丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶受体的表达限制TGF-β1活性信号的放大,为揭示硬骨鱼的免疫调节机制提供了新内容。② 新发现硬骨鱼生长激素(GH)在垂体内以自分泌/旁分泌形式维持其自身的合成与分泌,这一“正反馈”调控机制改变了GH垂体内负反馈调控的传统认识。同时建立了垂体细胞间的反馈调节新模型,全新诠释了促生长轴和促性腺轴的相互关系。成果合理解释了鱼类垂体内GH分泌细胞和促性腺激素分泌细胞间的解剖学关系,特别是提供了硬骨鱼GH合成和分泌的新机制。
