海南文昌人,香港中文大学博士,教授、博士生导师,国家自然科学基金委项目评议专家,教育部多个领域博士学位通讯评议专家,四川省科学技术奖评审专家,多个领域的国内外学术会议特邀报告人、主持人等,30多种国外重要学术刊物及多种国内一级刊物等特邀审稿专家等。长期从事电子及光电等材料与器件的教学与科研工作,在“低能离子及表面科学”、“半导体材料及器件”、“器件及材料设计、研制与理论分析”、“红外探测器”、“太赫兹探测器”、“电磁超材料”、“红外及太赫兹光谱学”、“MEMS气体检测器”、“有机非线性物理、材料与器件”等方面有深入研究,取得多项有影响的创新成果。曾在《Journal of the American Chemical Society》、《Advanced Functional Materials》、《Advanced Materials Interfaces》、《ACS Photonics》、《ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces》、《ACS Applied Nano Materials》、《ACS Omega》、《Journal of Materials Chemistry C》、《Applied Surface Science》、《Journal of Physical Chemistry C》、《Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics》、《Journal of Chemical Physics》、《Nanotechnology》、《Scientific Reports》、《Journal of physics D: Applied Physics》、《RSC Advances》、《Nanoscale Research Letters》、《Applied Nanoscience》、《Crystals》、《Journal of Crystal Growth》、《Journal of Non-Crystalline Solids》、《Thin Solid Films》、《Applied Physics A: Materials Science & Processing》、《Vacuum》、《Infrared Physics and Technology》、《Optical Materials》、《Optics Communications》等美国、德国、英国、荷兰、瑞士等国家的数十种国际著名学术刊物,以及《物理学报》、《光学学报》、《半导体学报》、《红外与毫米波学报》、《光谱学与光谱分析》等多种国内一级刊物上发表学术论文约100篇,包括化学、物理学、光学、材料学、综合类等多个学科的多种国际顶尖刊物,被SCI收录论文约70篇、EI收录论文约80篇。以第一发明人申请美国发明专利、中国发明专利、中国****发明专利29项,其中已授权25项。先后担任清华大学、电子科技大学的多门本科生课程及研究生课程教学。培养与协助培养博士研究生11名(已毕业9名)、硕士研究生47名(已毕业38名),指导学生获得全国优秀论文、成电十杰、校优秀论文、优秀或重点科研项目等。主持研发了多种国际首创的新技术,并多次解决不同重大科研项目的多个关键技术问题,为多项国家重大项目的顺利完成做出重要贡献。2018年获教育部技术发明二等奖、2017年获国家****技术发明二等奖、2014年获四川省科学技术进步一等奖、2013年获国家****技术发明三等奖。目前,主要从事非制冷红外探测器、非制冷太赫兹探测器、电磁超材料、红外及太赫兹光谱学、MEMS气体检测器、有机非线性光学材料与器件等研究。联系电话:028-83208959。
