主要从事环境/食品微生物、水污染、饮用水消毒副产物、有机污染物环境行为、归宿、毒理及降解的基础研究。先后以第一项目负责人主持香港研究资助局项目、香港教育资助局研究基金、香港浸会大学研究基金、香港食物及卫生局、国自然基金、广东省科技厅产业技术与开发等项目。发表SCI期刊论文近70篇，包括Water Res，J Mat Chem A, Environ Sci Tech等。

梁岩，博士，电子科技大学资环学院教授、博士生导师。中国科学院“百人计划”A类人才，深圳市海外高层次B类人才（“孔雀计划”B类人才）。兼任深圳市龙华区政协委员，深圳市食品安全专家委员会委员，深圳市食品药品安全风险交流专家委员会委员，全国酵素行业专家委员会委员。
1997年获香港浸会大学生物系环境科学专业博士学位，1997-2002年于香港浸会大学，加拿大维多利亚大学等从事博士后研究，2002-2014年于香港浸会大学生物系任博后、讲师和助理教授，2014-2018年任中科院深圳先进院医药所食品安全及环境技术研究室主任、中科院新疆生地所研究员。2018年加入电子科技大学资环学院。
